What is the SRC?
The Student Representative Council (SRC) is a team of students elected each trimester to represent the voices and interests of the JMC student body. It acts as the main student leadership group on campus, ensuring that students have a say in shaping their learning environment and community experience.
The SRC plays a key role in raising student concerns, supporting campus initiatives, collaborating with staff on policy and decision-making, and helping to create a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive culture at JMC.
What do we do?
The SRC works to:
-
Advocate for student needs and feedback at JMC.
-
Organise student-led initiatives, campaigns, and events.
-
Support inclusion, well-being, and diversity across campus.
-
Provide input on academic and campus decisions that impact students.
-
Create opportunities for students to connect, collaborate, and make their voices heard.
